Elisabeth Braathen was born in Trondheim Norway and has worked in management in the skiing industry since 1999 across Europe. Elisabeth manages Lyngen Lodge on a daily basis and when not working she will be skiing or climbing in the Lyngen Alps.

Paul has been working with Graham's Piste To Powder for many years and now work part of each season between both companies. Mattias was born in Sweden and has lived, climbed and skied in St.Anton Austria for 15 years. He now lives in Chamonix France where he is working as an aspirant guide and soon to finish his full education as a UIAGM guide.
