Who is the team?

We employ a team of 9 members on a seasonal basis who live off site in high standard staff accommodation housing located walking distance from the job. Our team is made up of manager, chef, lodge staff, guides and drivers.

Positions Available from November – May 2018/19

Manager:
Minimum one year contract to join a shared manager role position. Primarily responsible for lodge operations, coordination / logistics of programs, guest check in / check out, staff training and monitoring.
Requirements:
Previous hotel / event management in an outdoor active environment.

Lodge Host/Hostess Staff
This position is a combination of the following roles – front of house, house keeping, breakfast prep and evening table service. Hosting guests and general help with guests wellbeing. All staff contribute greatly to the overall experience of the guests.

Work day: 7.5 hour per day. Minimum 6 days off a month.
Requirements: previous hotel hospitality and table service experience.

Activity Guides Winter 2018
Guiding and hosting various activities (some solo and some alongside our partner vendors) Dogsledding assistant, icefishing and snowmobile adventure assistant. Snowshoeing, photography assistant, sea safari boat crew. X-country skiing. Driving.
Requirements: Previous outdoor leadership in tourism. Upbeat, motivating, positive attitude and personality type.

November 2018 – mid March 2019
What we provide:
In house guide training for our specific tours.
Clothing uniform.
Shared staff house with private bedroom
Kitchen, lounge, free wifi.
Possibility to join activities on days off.
Conditions:
Over 24 years of age limit
Full clean Drivers licence
Previous leadership experience
Accommodation provided
minimum 6 days of a month
