Live in job (private apartment in lodge). Five days on and two days off each week.

The Role: Personable front of house manager to lead the staff team of ten members and sixteen guests throughout various seasons of the Arctic year. Role includes but not limited to: logistics for airport transfers, activity transfers and activity schedules, staff work schedules, guest check in and check out service. Guest hosting, general lodge upkeep and maintenance controls. 

Requirements: This is a life style job where an interest and passion for the outdoors and mountain sport is essential. Applicants needs to have several years previous lodge, boutique hotel managerial experience. The managerial role does not require taking bookings, or business accountancy duties. Drivers license required.

2) Lodge Team Host Winter 2019/20
Start Date: Mid November
The Job: preparing, hosting buffet breakfast and house keeping duties. Evening shift, hosting guests after activities for afternoon tea. Setting up and serving three course evening meal, lodge set down. Two days in the week chef assisting. Minimum work experience is 1 season in high-end hospitality.
Conditions: Accommodation in staff house, ample of time for private activities, use of staff car (costs apply) Six day work week – 7.5 h/p/d. Over 25 Years old only apply please.

3) Activity Guide Winter 2019
Start Date: November 2019 – March 2020

Job: Activity Guide to lead and host a variety of  activities for small groups of max 8 guests. Activities range from Dog Sledding assistant, snow mobile hosting, snow shoeing, photography, cross country skiing, Northern light guiding.

Requirements: Over 25 years of age, drivers license and experience in snow/ice driving, wilderness guiding experience/qualifications.

Conditions: Accommodation in staff house, ample of time for private activities, use of staff car (cost apply). Six day work week – 7.5hr per shift.

Who is the team? We employ a team of 9 members on a seasonal basis who live off site in high standard staff accommodation housing located walking distance from the job. Our team is made up of manager, chef, lodge staff, guides and drivers.
