Who is the team?
We employ a team of 9 members on a seasonal basis who live off site in high standard staff accommodation housing located walking distance from the job. Our team is made up of manager, chef, lodge staff, guides and drivers.
Positions Available from November – May 2018/19
Activity Guides Winter 2018
Guiding and hosting various activities (some solo and some alongside our partner vendors) Dogsledding assistant, icefishing and snowmobile adventure assistant. Snowshoeing, photography assistant, sea safari boat crew. X-country skiing. Driving transfers.
Requirements: Previous outdoor leadership in tourism.
November 2018 – mid March 2019
What we provide:
In house guide training for our specific tours.
Shared staff house with private bedroom
Kitchen, lounge, free wifi.
Possibility to join activities on days off.
Over 24 years of age limit
Full clean Drivers licence
Previous leadership experience
minimum 6 days of a month

The Lyngen Lodge team is small and personable; you can see us as your interim family while you work here. We train you within your working role and nurture your talents further.
