Restaurant Service & House Keeping Team
Start / Finish Date: 01.11.25 - 31.05.26
Suitable for: Those with previous experience in boutique hotel style restaurant and hospitality.
Job Description: Joining the lodge team that hosts up to 16 guests. Job rotates between morning or evening shifts. One shift per work day.
Morning shift: preparing buffet breakfasts, breakfast buffet clean down, house keeping bedrooms, bathrooms and social areas.
Afternoon/Evening Shift: Afternoon tea hosting, evening 3 course table setting and serving, wine service, evening lodge turn down. Assistance with guests Northern Light viewing directly from the lodge. Specific lodge training provided at beginning of contract.
Note: This position is also Front Of House with much interaction with guests. It is therefore necessary that you enjoy hosting and providing a high service minded approach to your work.
Requirements: Previous hospitality experience in hotel or boutique lodge / hotel work. Interested in outdoor nature life. Self driven and comfortable with living in remote location in nature. Holder of a Drivers license B is an added convenience.
Living Conditions: Private bedroom in shared house, kitchen, living, internet.
Benefits: Monthly fixed salary. 162,5hrs/month. 5 day work week = 8 Days off each month.

Winter Outdoor Activity Guide 2025/26
Start Date: November 2025 - March 2026
Job Description: Outdoor activity guide and driver for assisting with the following activties:
Dog Sledding, snow mobile, ice fishing, whale watching, cross country ski, northern Lights. Some of these activities will be performing duties under the leadership of a main guide/owner (dog sledding, whale watching, snow mobile). The main role is preparing guests for adventures, clothing, explanations of the tour and accompanying the guests throughtout their experiences outdoors.
Requirements: Experienced winter driver holding the B catagory licence. Previous experience working in the highend segment of winter tourism. Applicants need to be minimum of 24 years old.
Living Conditions: Accommodation provided in shared house, kitchen, living, internet.
Salary: Monthly fixed salary. 162,5hrs/month. 5 day work week = 8 Days off each month.
