We are recruiting for Summer 2026 and Winter season 2026/27. Start July - until mid September and November until May 2027.

Chef x2 (single or chef couple)

Job Titel: Chef (all round)

Start Date: July - beginning September with possible extension for 6 month winter season

Job Description: Chef(s) required for the summer season to create three-course dining, using local ecological ingredients ranging from all varieties of Arctic fish, reindeer and game. Manage food ordering and kitchen organisation. Five-day week with two days off. Ideal for a skilled, creative chef with interests in foraging and outdoor mountain life.

Requirements: Previous lodge / high end catering. Self driven , team orientated and comfortable with living in a rural environment.

Living Conditions: Private bedroom in shared house, kitchen, living and internet conectivity.

Benefits: Monthly fixed salary. 162,5hrs/month. 5 day work week = 8 Days off each month.

Lodge Restaurant Service & House Keeping Team

Start:  July - September

Suitable for: Those with previous Front Of House restaurant and hospitality experience.

Job Description: Joining the lodge team that hosts up to 16 guests. Job rotates between morning or evening shifts. One shift per work day. 
Morning shift: preparing buffet breakfasts, house keeping.

Afternoon/Evening Shift: Afternoon tea hosting, evening 3 course table setting and serving, bar service.

Note: This position is also Front Of House with much interaction with guests. It is therefore necessary that you enjoy hosting and providing a high service minded approach to your work.

Requirements: Previous hospitality experience in hotel or boutique lodge / hotel work. Interested in outdoor nature life. Self driven and comfortable with living in a rural environment. Holder of a Drivers license B is an added convenience.

Living Conditions: Private bedroom in shared house, kitchen, living, internet.

Benefits: Monthly fixed salary. 162,5hrs/month. 5 day work week = 8 Days off each month.
