Founder / Owner

Elisabeth Braathen

Elisabeth is owner and responsible for administration and bookings. She is a hospitality professional with years of international experience. She was born in Trondheim (Norway) and lived for many years in St.Anton Austria working in management roles. Elisabeth is an avid skier, mountaineer and general sports fanatic. She joined forces with Graham to create the Lyngen Lodge in 2008.

Founder / Owner

Graham Austick

Graham is founder of the Lyngen Lodge and responisble for lodge operations. He is a professional IFMGA/UIAGM International Mountain Guide, BASI ISTD International Ski Teacher and Yacht Master Skipper. In 1998 he founded Piste to Powder in St.Anton Austria, specialising in off piste ski guiding and ski expeditions around the world. This led him eventually to the Lyngen Alps, where he decided to build Lyngen Lodge and base the concept on luxury adventures. 

Lodge Manager

Veronika Bodner

Veronika is originally from Austria and has been involved in hospitality and management for many years. Her passion for both mountain and ocean life has led her across the globe from the Super Yacht industry to high-end land based lodges. Veronika’s efficient organizational skills and warm hospitable approach will have you quickly and comfortably settled into the lodge.

Lodge Chef

Marianne Medynska

Marianna is the Lyngen Lodge head chef. She is renowned for her cooking creativity, calmness, exquiste tastes and artistic presentations. Lyngen Lodge's kitchen is center stage inside the lodge and Marianna looks forward to preparing and presenting the best of the freshest local ingredients from both land and fjord here in northern Norway.

Beatrice Miliunaite

Beatrice has vast experience within the hospitality and service industry and her passion to seek new challenges and new adventure led her to our team. It's impossible to miss Beatrice's contagious energy, enthusiasm and quirky humour. She is looking forward to make every guest feel right at home.

Finlay Roy Austick

Coach Of Team Happiness

Finlay Roy Austick

Every team needs a coach, and every coach needs a team. Finlay is 7 years old and ensures the team on a daily basis are energized like a lego box full of Nijago warriors. Then he goes to school!
